These Terms govern access to and use of KTrade Academy (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and permitted to use the Platform under the laws that apply to you. You must not use the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and authentication credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Platform services
The Platform may provide market information, account tools, predictions, transaction records and related services. Available functions, supported assets, payout rates and operating hours may change for security, maintenance, legal or commercial reasons.
4. Orders and transactions
Before submitting an order, you must review the selected symbol, direction, amount, settlement period and potential return. An accepted order may not be cancellable after the applicable cutoff. Server records and the designated market-data source are used for processing and settlement, subject to correction of proven technical errors.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or unlawful activity.
- Multiple accounts, identity misuse, referral abuse or payment abuse.
- Automated attacks, scraping that disrupts service, reverse engineering or circumvention of security controls.
- Using funds or payment methods belonging to another person without authorization.
6. Fees and rewards
Applicable fees, payout calculations, bonuses and referral rewards are displayed on the Platform or in the relevant promotion. We may reject or reverse rewards obtained through duplicate, fraudulent or ineligible activity.
7. Risk
Market-related activity involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss. Nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Please read the Risk Disclosure before participating.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law or address security and operational risk. Where appropriate, users may be asked to complete verification before access or withdrawals are restored.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to operate the Platform reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by market volatility, third-party data, telecommunications failures, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control or user error.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
